Adele and Anthony connected over a cake pop and realized their lives would be forever sweeter when they could create and consume together. Their love bubbles over in everything they do, from cross-stitching to cooking for others and each other.

Behind the Baker

Adele began baking as a little girl, inventing “kitchen experiments,” and imitating (poorly) what she saw on Cake Boss. After graduating with a degree in journalism, she moved to Head Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes while writing poetry in her free time. From baker to ice cream maker, Adele is currently the sole ice cream maker at Crème Ice Cream Co.

She noticed a need for people to reconnect with the present and their community, so an idea of a bond between her two loves, baking and poetry, formed in the shape of a haikookie and writer-based bakery.
